Understand how you move, before we train you

One-to-one physical preparation for footballers, committed amateurs and athletes coming back from injury. An assessment first, a plan second — built around the week you actually have, not the ideal one.

The first conversation lasts twenty minutes, by phone or video. Free, with no commitment.

01

Training a person, not a profile

Most programmes are written for an average athlete: a standard body, a standard week, a standard level of fatigue. That athlete does not exist.

You have your own bone levers, your own spontaneous way of producing force, a week that looked nothing like the last one, a match on Sunday and perhaps a back that has been pulling since February. A plan that ignores all of this always ends the same way: a plateau, pain that returns to the same place, or the feeling of working hard for nothing.

Our position is simple. We do not organise training around what you are, but around what we decide to bring about — today, with the body that turns up today. Your natural way of moving does not become a label: it guides the choice of exercises and the way we coach you through the effort.

One coach handles the whole thing, from the assessment to the follow-up. You never change contact halfway through.

Before every session

Two questions, always the same

Two non-negotiable conditions before loading anything. They take thirty seconds, and they change the session.

  • Available energy. What you actually have today, not what the plan assumed three weeks ago. The session is kept, lightened or replaced.
  • Pain, from 0 to 10. Below 5, we work on the specific. Above it, we work on something else — and we look for the reason.

This isn't leniency. It is what makes a plan last six months instead of three weeks.

02

Who it's for

Four very different situations, one thing in common: someone who already trains seriously and wants to understand why certain things aren't moving.

01

Youth footballers

Building strength, coordination and robustness at the right point in growth. We work from biological age, not year of birth: within one age group, two years of maturation difference is the norm. Alongside the club's work, never against it.

02

Committed amateurs

Three sessions a week, a full-time job, a family. Progress is possible in those conditions, provided you give up two or three things — and know which ones. That is exactly the work we'll do together.

03

Semi-pro & pro athletes

An outside read on your planning, on preparing for a deadline, or on coming back from a long injury. We work alongside your existing staff: we only work properly when everyone's role is clear.

04

Return & health

After a long break, an injury or surgery. The goal is not a number: it is a body that is available, free of pain, and holds up over time. We take over when the physiotherapist is done — with their go-ahead, never in their place.

03

The method

Four stages, always in this order. The order does the work, not the exercise catalogue.

  1. Read before programming Your history, your injuries, your real week — and the way you spontaneously produce force. Some people organise through anchoring and ground contact, others through rebound and lightness. Neither is better: it is a starting point, and it changes both the exercises we choose and the way we coach you.
  2. Build what protects Strength, movement quality, the capacity to repeat effort. The least spectacular part, and the best documented. Everything else rests on it — and without it, everything else eventually gives way.
  3. Make it specific, gradually We bring the work closer to the real demands of your sport and your position as the deadline approaches. Gradually: specificity too early is the most expensive shortcut in physical preparation.
  4. Adjust, then start again We measure the real effect, we re-test, we decide what comes next. Then we go back to the beginning, one notch finer. The plan serves the athlete, never the other way round: it changes when your week changes.
One session = one intention

Four intentions, never five objectives

Every session pursues one intention and one only. That is what makes it readable for you and assessable for us. Three priority objectives per cycle at most: anyone chasing five at once makes serious progress on none.

  • Activate — prepare the system to work: wake it up and connect it, without tightening.
  • Soften — release what is blocking: slowly, consciously, with the breath.
  • Stabilise — build a reliable base: support, control, robustness.
  • Perform — express and develop the quality: the right exercise, at the right dose, at the right moment.

Never Perform first. A system that is neither available nor stable does not turn effort into progress — it turns it into wear.

04

The formats

Three ways to work together. All of them start in the same place: the assessment. We don't programme for someone we haven't assessed — at best we'd be handing over a generic plan, and we don't want to pretend it's anything else. The first conversation is free: we choose the format afterwards, not before.

The assessment

Single session, nothing required afterwards

CHF 150
  • 90 minutes: your history, your constraints, your goal
  • Movement quality and strength benchmarks
  • Physical tests chosen for your sport
  • A written report: what was measured, what it means, your three priorities
  • Readable by you, your coach and your physiotherapist
  • You can stop there and train with it. That's by design.

Remote

Wherever you are

CHF 190 / month
  • Starting assessment by video call, or in person if you can travel
  • Individual programming, adapted to the equipment you have
  • Mid-cycle adjustments based on your feedback and your fatigue
  • Written feedback on your technique videos
  • A direct line for questions that can't wait

Your follow-up does not live in a spreadsheet

Follow-up will run on an individual Sinetik:studio account, opened in your name: your programming, your tests, your assessment reports and your history in one place, available between sessions. You keep access to your data and can export it whenever you want.

Depending on the format you choose, a Sinetik:tracker sensor can be made available to you, to measure bar velocity during your strength sessions — so you know when a set is still paying off, rather than guessing. We settle the details in the first conversation.

These figures are starting points. The exact rate depends on session frequency, the length of the programme and travel: we set it together in the first conversation, before you commit to anything. If you continue after the assessment, its cost is deducted from your first month.

What we hold ourselves to

Three things we don't compromise on. They occasionally cost us a client. They always save us a bad piece of coaching.

  1. We don't programme without assessing first If you only want a plan, we can give you one — but we'll call it a generic plan, not individual coaching.
  2. We don't keep a worrying signal to ourselves If something in what we see concerns us, we tell you, we document it and we refer you on. Even if there's a match on Sunday.
  3. We won't tell you a method is proven when it isn't You trust us with your body and your time. You are entitled to know what we base our work on — and above all where the established evidence stops.

Levels of evidence, said out loud

Few pages publish this. We would rather you read it here than discover it in a session. Here are the approaches we use, ranked by how solid the evidence is.

Foundation

Solidly documented

Strength development, periodisation, high-intensity work, training-load management, progressive return-to-play criteria, growth monitoring in young athletes.

This is the foundation, and it is most of what we will do with you.

Complement

Documented, but debated

Profiling from vertical-jump data to guide load. Reading motor preferences — producing force through anchoring or through rebound. Research exists; consensus does not.

We use it to guide choices, never to make a diagnosis.

Exploratory

Still to be demonstrated

Integrating primitive reflexes in adult athletes. The literature is solid in children, thin in adult sport.

We use it occasionally, as a complement, and we flag it every time we touch it.

06

Questions we get asked

  1. Does this replace the work at my club? No, and it isn't meant to. What we do comes alongside it, in slots that don't compete with team sessions. When it helps, we tell the club.
  2. How long before something shows? The first changes in how you feel often come within three to four weeks. Measurable change — strength, speed, the capacity to repeat effort — takes two to three months of consistent work. We don't promise a percentage at eight weeks.
  3. Do I need a gym? For remote coaching, no: the programming adapts to the equipment you have. You do need to be able to film yourself, otherwise we're working blind.
  4. I'm coming back from injury. When can I start? Once your physiotherapist gives the go-ahead. We take over, we don't take their place, and we stay in touch with them if you'd like.
  5. What if this isn't right for me? We'll tell you in the first conversation, and point you towards something that suits you better. Badly matched coaching costs both sides time.
07

Let's start by talking

Twenty minutes, by phone or video, with no commitment. You tell us where you are; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people, and what we'd do in your position. If it isn't us, we'll say that too.

We reply within 48 hours. Just tell us your sport, your goal in one sentence, and whether you'd prefer in person, remote, or don't know yet.
